The North American Church is hungry for an awakening through the power of the message of the Gospel. So many churches have been chasing after goals and ideals set by popular Christian culture and the mission of other churches!  Each Church and community has a call to individually innovate and develop leaders capable of reaching this generation in their context. 

Grow Network believes in encouraging churches to lead in their cultural context. The goal is to expand the Kingdom of God in communities through a focus on people and their needs as Christ modeled. We believe in Leadership Development, Encouragement & Multiplication. We want to see churches and church leaders thrive in their mission and calling. As a network, we want to invest in the health of church leaders and church planters; inspiring and assisting in the innovation of leadership aimed at reaching people with the Gospel.

We see a non-geographical collaboration of churches who love Jesus and will do whatever it takes to reach people with the Gospel. We want to provide and encourage world class leadership development for all our church leaders. We see young leaders being given freedom and a voice to use their gifts for God’s glory becoming highly effective at discipling their cities. We believe that healthy churches grow and growing churches reproduce. We see The church of Jesus Christ rallying together to help strategically take hold of this unique time In our nation and the world. All this for His Glory and the good of our communities.

To collaborate with our partner churches to plant healthy and thriving churches. To equip existing churches to grow to their full potential in their community and mission. To inspire and encourage the growth and health of our partner networks… because we believe that churches that are alive in Christ are the ones that see lives changed and cities transformed.

VALUES

  • We believe that Jesus called us to make disciples and that the best way to create a movement of transformative disciple making in our cities is by planting churches, and helping leaders develop new leaders. Multiplication is in our DNA. We should multiply disciples, multiply churches, and multiply networks.

  • We believe when you discover, develop, and deploy leaders, you get movements in return. With a lack of leadership development in our churches, we have not been able to keep up with the cultural demand of men and women who can answer the call of reaching their cities for Jesus.

  • We believe redesigning the church for the future is what will keep us agile and successful at reaching our cities for Jesus. The American Church has a low risk profile. In a culture that is rapidly changing it takes trying new things and venturing into the unknown to make the impact we want to make. We must plant new churches that look unlike the traditions of the past. We need new models for new times, and a community of churches willing to commit to innovating.
